Key Responsibilities: Act as the certified Duty Manager on shift, ensuring compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Lead and supervise front-of-house and bar staff to deliver a high standard of customer service

Possess strong barista skills, including preparing quality coffees to consistent standards.

Confident in preparing a range of classic and signature cocktails, following proper recipes and presentation standards.

Open and/or close the venue as required, handling cash, reconciling tills, and securing premises

Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly

Monitor patron behaviour and manage intoxicated or disruptive guests appropriately

Ensure the premises and team follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations

Support stock control, ordering, and inventory checks for bar and restaurant supplies

Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring team readiness and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol

Liaise with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods
