Our Garden Zone Department is after new Team Leader!

This role is a full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday with a total of 40 hours per week.

This leadership role is perfect for someone who can inspire, organize, and elevate a busy department with both strategic thinking and hands-on support. Working with the Garden Zone Manager - As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for guiding your team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining a vibrant and welcoming garden space, and ensuring stock and merchandising meet our high standards.

What you'll be doing in this role:

• Championing our One Team spirit by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers with a green thumb—or those just starting out
• Leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced retail environment, backed by proven experience in staff leadership and mentoring
• Driving department performance by achieving sales targets and fostering a results-oriented culture
• Overseeing rosters to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
