-to-day team leadership, coaching, support and guidance to our health centre staff.You'll work closely with the Health Centre Manager and the team to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the unit, modelling culturally safe clinical practice and partnership that promotes Humanising and Healing- respecting the human dignity and inherent mana of those in our management.
Your ability to exercise professional judgment and assist the team with complex case resolution will be invaluable, and you'll be a first port of call to support and assist the Tane in our management with any concerns, or potential complaints, as they arise.
