Role:
Is for an experienced Landscaper who is no stranger to a successful project delivery. You'll be sharp on a digger, lead from the front with your team management and aid to the overall success and morale of the company. You'll have a team of 3/4 who are all looking at you for guidance.They do all their own timber, stone, concrete and hard + soft landscaping - the full package! If you've had exposure to budgets in the past this will be very helpful and your communication with other subbies will need to be top notch.
We are also keen to chat to experienced Gardeners who are looking to make their mark in a well established company.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with at least 4+ years of experience in landscaping
- Top tier leadership and communication skills
- Be a sharp digger operator (500 hours or above)
- Highly organised and excellent problem solving
- Have an eye for detail and understand the need for a quality finish
- Landscaping or horticulture qualification (bonus)
