In return you will have theopportunity to expand on your own surgical nursing skills and experience.We willprovide you with a comprehensive orientation program which will be tailored toyour needs and you will also receive support with your ongoing professionaldevelopment.About theServiceOurspecialty service cares for patients requiring hand, breast and plasticsurgery.We also specialise in wound management and are the Regional BurnCentre for the South Island.The serviceoperates Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster with shifts rostered acrossmorning, afternoon and nights.AboutYou 3+ years surgical experienceWound care or plastic burns experience is desirableAbility to work all shifts ' Morning, Afternoon and NightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCan work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary teamExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently complete tasksRegistered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)Workingat Health New ZealandHealth NewZealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for thepeople of New Zealand.
