Payroll and Human Resources Administrator

**About the Role:**
To be an effective member of the Payroll and HR Teams. To provide administrative support to the HR Team and assist with the day-to-day operation of the Payroll function for employees, officers and retired officers.
**What will your responsibilities be:**- Human resources administration support with handling inboxes and producing employee documentation.
- Processing and maintaining employee and volunteer records;
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll related activities;
- Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations;
- Providing information on matters relating to payroll, leave, superannuation etc;
- Processing final pays for terminating employees;
- Responding to employee and manager queries;
- Interest in Payroll and human resources;
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Well developed time management skills;
- Intermediate Excel skills required for reconciliations;

This role is **permanent full time** and hours worked will be **37.5 per week.**
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between **$28.95 to $32.00**
