Wayne Kirk Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Napier.

About the Role
This full-time role is based at our modern dealership in Napier. You'll work closely with customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey - from initial enquiry to test drive and final sale.
Key responsibilities include:- Engaging with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
- Managing and updating online vehicle listings
- Coordinating test drives and following up on leads
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
This position operates seven days a week on a rostered basis, with one rostered day off during the week and every second weekend compulsory.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:- Passionate about the automotive industry and customer service
- Professional in presentation, communication, and approach
- Motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable using digital tools for vehicle listings and communication
- Holding a full NZ driver's licence
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not essential - we're happy to provide training for the right person.
