We're pretty proud to say Trade Me Property is Aotearoa's favourite property website. We now have an awesome opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Property Sales team managing a portfolio of clients in the Bay of Plenty region.

You'll build quality long term relationships through education and delivering value add solutions that help them achieve their business performance goals. Adoption of our various systems and packages is a key part of our strategy and something you'll drive on a daily basis.

**Here's what you can expect from this role:**
  • Get face-to-face with your clients, from agents and administrators to the C Suite of nationwide commercial property businesses to seek opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Plan and offer product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of clients through applying tailored value propositions.
  • Present and pitch digital advertising solutions confidently and with conviction to your clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver results in your market
  • Travel throughout the Bay of Plenty to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Maintain and grow our reputation of being a 'liked and trusted industry partner' while driving sales and growing revenue
**What you will bring to our team:**
  • Experience in a Senior Account Management role
  • Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels
  • A media background in digital sales or digital marketing is a huge advantage
  • A background in Real Estate is useful although not essential to be successful
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable
  • Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data
  • Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or to many
  • Ability to operate autonomously on the road/home office
  • A genuine curiosity to uncover and solve customer challenges
