You will need to be organised, have a professional approach to your work, good communication skills and be able to deal with people from all levels of the organisation and with matters that may be sensitive or confidential.You will be responsible for a range of activities such as managing and responding to correspondence, case management of Central Authority and Judicial Conduct Commissioner cases, drafting cabinet and briefing papers, arranging and supporting judicial appointment panels, engaging with stakeholders and supporting administrative functions across the Office of Legal Counsel.You will be confident using Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.You will be a fast learner, enthusiastic, flexible and have a great sense of humour.
You will have excellent attention to detail, the discretion to be able to deal with confidential information and the time management and planning skills to enable you to respond to changing needs and priorities. Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $73,634 and $100,846 based on skills and experience.
