Wellington - Experienced Warehouse Store person required

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Storeman to join our client's operations team. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you’ll be responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods while using our Store floor operating system to manage inventory and track stock movements.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, solid computer literacy, and a commitment to accuracy and safety in all aspects of warehouse operations.

• Receive, check, and put away incoming goods accurately using the store floor/WMS system.
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch according to delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and perform regular inventory checks.
• Operate forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (if licensed).
• Ensure all stock movements are logged correctly in the store floor operating system.
• Assist with cycle counts, stocktakes, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

• Previous experience as a storeman or warehouse operator in a busy warehouse environment.
• Proficient in using warehouse or store floor operating systems (e.g. WMS, SAP, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence and working at heights certified (preferred but not essential).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and movement of goods.
