ATS Timber is a wholesale timber company in Levin. We supply quality timber to merchants throughout New Zealand and specialize in big solid beams.
We are on the lookout for a proactive and organized, part-time office administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The position is for approximately 30 hours a week.

Previous experience with MYOB will be an advantage as we use this alongside Timbersmart for our accounting and stock management. You will need a good knowledge of excel and have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal. You must have a full driving licence and be able to work permanently in New Zealand.

You will be working with a small but supportive team and responsible for:
  • General office admin including phones and emails
  • Processing daily despatches
  • Entering and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Bank reconciliations and GST returns
  • Processing and reconciling for annual stock take
  • Booking travel requirements for sales reps
