Greenland Homes is an award-winning residential builder based in Christchurch, delivering high-quality architectural homes across Canterbury. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Foreman or Leading Hand to take ownership of their own projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run jobs from start to finish — coordinating subbies, driving programme, and ensuring every build meets a high standard.

What we’re looking for:- Trade-qualified builder (LBP preferred)
- Proven experience as a Foreman / Leading Hand / Site Supervisor
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of NZ residential construction & Building Code
- Pride in workmanship and maintaining a tidy, professional site
