• Fabricating and welding components across a wide range of projects and industries
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings with precision and accuracy
• Conducting equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure seamless operations
• Working collaboratively to meet production and project deadlines
• Following health and safety standards to maintain a safe, clean worksite

• 3+ years of hands-on welding experience
• A valid welding ticket or industry-recognised qualification
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to top-quality results
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently or in a team
• A current driver's license and reliable transportation
