The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the air conditioning business by managing office administration, coordinating service schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between technicians, suppliers, and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule service and installation jobs for technicians
Prepare quotes and invoices
Follow up on payments
Maintain customer records and job files
Order parts and liaise with suppliers
Based in West Auckland. Expected to drive to sites on occasions.
