The team consists of Safety Advisory Roles, and a specialist Occupational Health team.This is a busy role, so will suit a person that demonstrates confidence to accept responsibility and act with authority and independence within delegated responsibilities.You will be provided with the opportunity to:Effectively manage tasks related to the administration of meetings including agenda setting, minute taking and distribution.Maintain the Health and Safety intranet page.Ensure effective systems are in place to manage queries.Strive to eliminate health inequalities and achieve health equity for the Taranaki populationThe successful candidate will have:Business administration qualification or equivalent experience.Competent typist and minute takerKnowledge of the health environmentDemonstrates effective and timely decision making/problem solving techniquesClick here to view the position description.The Taranaki District Health Board is a large organisation with 2,040 employees, operating in the exciting and every-changing Health sector.As one of Taranakis largest employers, we actively support diversity and equity in the workplace.
