This role is all about anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and creating seamless experiences that help to support FMA with digital solutions.There is no such thing as an average day in this role – you’ll be coordinating calendars, travel and events, managing IT assets, and ensuring everything from meeting logistics to expense processing happens on time and to a high standard.
You’ll be supporting projects, managing priorities, and contributing to initiatives that make a real difference across the organisation. Your role will have touchpoints with the Finance & Business Performance, People & Capability and wider technology teams with the opportunity to get involved in areas of interest so this is an excellent role for someone looking for a role where they can grow, develop and learn.He kōrero mōu | About youYou’ll be someone with proven experience within administration or coordination, who thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.You’ll bring strong technical skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.You’re comfortable managing calendars, coordinating events, and handling financial processes with accuracy and professionalism.You’ll be a natural people person, and you can engage confidently with people at all levels, build positive relationships, and keep things moving with clarity and ease.
