Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end compliance for a varied client portfolio
• Review work prepared by junior team members, providing training and mentorship
• Deliver value-added advisory services, including tax planning and business advisory support
• Foster strong client relationships and assist with onboarding new clients

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2-3 years of experience within BAS in a New Zealand public practice environment
• Your CA qualification or equivalent, or actively working towards it
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in reviewing work (internally or outsourced)
• Ideally some great experience with Tax or within the manufacturing environment
