Role:
We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join this design-driven studio and help these guys continue delivering outstanding projects across Canterbury. You'll be joining a tight-knit and supported team who genuinely enjoy what they do and who they work with.
You'll be an experienced technician with a solid five years professional experience within residential and commercial construction. You will be a wizard on ArchiCAD and able to produce full documentation sets efficiently and self sufficiently, but also know when to ask questions and collaborate.You won't be bogged down with council paperwork, endless emails, or admin. Client and council liaison is largely handled by management, meaning you can stay focused on the technical and creative work that really matters.

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience within architectural technician roles focusing on residential and/or commercial construction
- Thorough understanding of District Plans, NZ Building Code, and NZS3604
- Advanced skill in ArchiCAD, and exceptional attention to detail
- Creative, imaginative, and inventive problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload, work under pressure, and adapt to change
