As our entry level Fabrication Quality Assurance (FQA) Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with the manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues, perform inspections, and implement corrective actions.

As our entry level Fabrication Quality Assurance (FQA) Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with the manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues, perform inspections, and implement corrective actions.
The FQA Technician position also involves maintaining quality standards, conducting tests, and collaborating with various departments to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform regular inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Undertake quality checks for Residential aluminium joinery
- Conduct tests and measurements using various tools and equipment to verify product quality and performance.
- Identify and document quality issues, defects, or deviations from specifications. Report findings to relevant stakeholders and collaborate on resolution plans.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement in quality control procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, process engineers, and supply chain to address quality concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
- Ensure that line production is not affected by the movement of finished goods from the factory.
