We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our store office. This is a key role that ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across payroll, banking, administration, and staff management.
About the Role
As Office Manager, you'll:
- Oversee all office functions including payroll processing, banking, and financial reconciliations.
- Manage staff records, rosters, and leave entitlements.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the store's culture and vision through leadership and collaboration.
- Essential:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sole-charge or supervisory office role, or extensive general admin experience.
- Payroll expertise and strong computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Desired:
- Experience in a Foodstuffs store office environment.
- Cash handling and grocery industry exposure.
You'll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in leading a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are a must.
