VTNZ Support Office in Wellington City are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Specialists to join their team on a fixed term basis starting as soon as possible through to January 2026.
The role:This role involves communication with our current customers, calling to update their information and advising them of exciting new opportunities developing within our organisation. You will have strong customer service skills and a 'can-do, will-do' attitude.
You will work amongst a tight-knit team, and a broader team of product managers, sales and marketing specialists. Given this is a fixed term role, you will work within the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday including regional public holidays (but not national).
You will be:
- Great with customers first and foremost
- Good phone manner and written/oral communication skill
- Experienced using all the standard PC suites
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with variable workload ebbs and flows
- Comfortable working with deadlines and a fast-paced environment
