Precast Worker / Concrete Finisher

We are looking for Concrete Precast Worker/ Concrete Finisher who will be hands-on with all aspects of concreting - steel tying, stripping moulds, pouring, trowelling, patching, and ensuring every panel meets a high standard. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy physical, practical work, this could be the perfect fit!

Located in the Hawkes Bay. Our client is a well-known company in the Hawkes Bay doing pre-cast. Very supportive and great working environment.

• Steel tying and fixing, pouring, screeding, trowelling, and patching
• Stripping and preparing moulds and formwork
• Finishing and smoothing precast concrete panels and products
• Quality checks and ensuring finishes meet required standards
• Working efficiently within a production team

• Proven experience in precast or concrete finishing
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to use hand tools, trowels, grinders, and finishing equipment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
