Property Services Team Member
CBEC’s Property Services department is looking for a reliable &-motivated person to join our team.
This position is based in Kaitaia at the CBEC head office, jobs are in and around the greater Kaitaia area. A majority of the work is conducted outside.
Applicants must have experience in- Mowing lawns, weed eating, hedge trimming
- General section maintenance
- Have an eye for detail and giving great Customer service
- Experienced Chain saw operator
- Must be a team player
- Arborist work
- Planting jobs
- Knowledge of Marquees -setting up and taking down
- Use of Fork lift
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (site safe cert)
- Handyman skills, building knowledge
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday. 8.00 am to 4.30 pm. Immediate start available.
