Following training and sign off, these roles may include extended responsibilities such as performing phlebotomy, ECGs, point-of-care testing, and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of registered nurses.These positions are rostered Monday - Sunday, therefore you must be prepared to work all shifts this includes nights and weekends.About the Team/Service/ LocationYou are expected to work well in a team, have excellent customer service skills and customer service practices, uphold confidentiality and discretion, good command of oral and written English and knowledge and understanding of the health care system.About youTo be considered we will need the following:Excellent customer service skillsA minimum level 3, NZQA QualificationAt least 2 years experience working in an acute environmentKnowledge and understanding of the healthcare systemSomeone who thrives in high energy environments and can prioritise effectivelyA New Zealand Citizen or Resident Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
