Head Carpenter / Foreman

Lakes Construction is looking for an experienced Head Carpenter or Foreman to lead our on-site teams and help uphold our reputation for building high-quality homes with care, consistency, and craftsmanship.

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership on residential builds

Strong hands-on carpentry experience (qualified LBP)

A sharp eye for detail and quality

Confident interpreting technical plans and managing build sequencing

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
