**About the Role | Mo te Turanga**
With full responsibility for the stores performance you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is needed. As a new Store Manager you can expect to:
- Lead your team in the driving of trade activity and profitability
- Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store
- Lead a high performing team in providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience
- Attract, select and train talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans
**About You | Mou**
We are looking for our next Store Manager to have:
- Previous retail management experience
- Demonstrated Ability to manage a retail operation with commercial success.
- The ability to build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships
- An ability to illustrate a team first, customer first approach to business
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing legislation and best practice
