Silviculture Workers Wanted – Full Time Pruning

Ladd’s Forestry is looking for motivated and reliable workers to join our silviculture crew for full time pruning work. We’re a well established contracting crew working across Taranaki and the wider North Island, and we need extra hands to keep up with current workload.

About the role:

Full time silviculture work with a strong focus on pruning

Physical outdoor work in a team environment

Work across Taranaki and surrounding areas

Immediate start available

What we’re looking for:

Experience in silviculture or pruning preferred but not essential – training provided for the right people

Physically fit and able to handle a full day of manual work

Reliable, hard working, and able to work in all weather conditions

Good attitude and able to work as part of a crew

Own transport to get to meeting points is an advantage

Must be able to commit to full time ongoing work

What we offer:

Pay range $24–$30 per hour depending on experience and productivity (piece rates available for experienced workers)

Consistent full time hours

Strong team environment with an experienced crew
