Contracts Manager- Resin Floor Installer

Pay rates to match your experience, ranging from $35 to $40 per hour. 6 am starts at Takanini yard with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

Some weekend work, night work and working out of Auckland on occasion will be required.

Duties include:

• Install Epoxy Resin flooring in commercial and residential settings;
• Essential to be fully capable of laying all resin coating options without supervision
• Manage the projects, sites and staff
• Quantify and order materials
• Involvement in all elements of installation of resin flooring systems, from floor preparation and remedial works to installation of all types of epoxies, polyurethane and MMA screeds, waterproofing and coating systems;
• Operation of handheld and mobile floor preparation equipment (e.g. scabblers, grinders, jackhammers, etc);
• Mixing and application of resin products in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance;
• Ensuring Health & Safety guidance is complied with at all times, including; maintaining a clean and tidy work area and the correct PPE is worn at all times;
• Ensuring accurate records of daily activities recorded and job file paperwork completed
• Ensuring quality Assurance to ensure our high standard

Requirements:

• Resin flooring experience is essential
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience is essential
• Clean and full drivers’ license- can drive a manual
• NZ work eligibility required
