What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading day-to-day field operations
  • Supporting the scheduler to resolve job clashes, gaps or conflicts
  • Ordering materials and managing sub contractors.
  • Reviewing Simpro daily to confirm time/materials, job readiness, and photos
  • Managing return-to-site actions, urgent scheduling, and standby pump allocation
  • Tracking job performance, milestones, and team KPIs
  • Coordinating training, toolbox meetings and health & safety compliance on site
  • Reviewing fleet WOFs/RUCs/servicing and technician leave with the office team
  • Keeping Team appearance, and technician engagement to high standard.
You’ll also lead weekly and monthly reviews of job costings, material hold-ups, workshop feedback and general team performance.

Who You Are
  • You’ve led operations in plumbing, construction, or a trade services business
  • NZ qualified and registered Plumber or a high level understanding of the plumbing industry.
  • You’re confident working in Simpro or a similar job management platform
  • You’re calm under pressure, and clear when coaching or giving feedback
  • You’re great with people — both customers and trades
  • You hold a full NZ Driver Licence
  • You take ownership and care about quality — not just output
  • You want your next role to mean something — and grow with you
