THE ROLE
Are you a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality construction? We are looking for two skilled and motivated builders to join our growing team, specialising in recladding and maintenance work.
YOU WILL NEED:- Minimum 5+ years’ building experience and have a LBP registration
- Proven experience in recladding and maintenance work
- Willing to undertake general maintenance work during slower building periods
- Solid understanding of NZ Building Code and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work without plans and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills – must be able to speak English fluently
- Full NZ driver’s licence
