Builder
The position involves physical labour, including assisting with boxing, steel work, plumbing, tiling, rendering and concreting as well as the usual fetch and carry tasks associated with this including delivery, loading and unloading materials at job sites.
This position serves as an entry point into the pool building industry for someone with existing building skills. Individuals who take on this role can expect to receive comprehensive training that covers all facets of pool construction. The aim of the training is to equip the new employee with the necessary skills and knowledge required for success in the field.
No previous pool industry experience is required as we are happy to train the right person.
Must be:- Aged 21 plus (for vehicle insurance purposes).
- Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
- Have a clean driver's licence.
- Have some building experience but full training will be given.
- Be motivated to learn and work within a small, friendly team.
- Experience with tiling and rendering would be advantageous.
- Be strong and fit.
- Have some basic building tools for boxing pools or the willingness to purchase these.
- Member of the Pool Builder's Association is not required.
