We are looking to employ a Parts Manager due to retirement.
We operate a fleet of lease forklifts and maintain customers equipment, our workshop is very busy and we need someone who can operate efficiently and accurately.
Stock control, receipting, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
Planning stock orders to achieve best pricing and freight outcomes
Sourcing parts locally and internationally
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and technicians
Following company processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills (Word & Excel); Orion experience advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Good time management and reliability
Clean NZ driver's license
Mobile phone and laptop
Job security in a growing business

This role is Monday to Friday and attracts a very competitive salary and other bonus's dependent on the experience of the successful candidate.

Maintaining safe work practices at all times
About You
You will bring:
Experience in a parts, inventory, or similar roleStrong customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills (Word & Excel); Orion experience advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Good time management and reliability
Clean NZ driver's license
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
