• A well-established centre in an old villa in Thorndon, with a natural outside play area
• A non-profit centre, governed by a parent cooperative and licensed for up to 28 children from 2–5 years with

• Has excellent communication skills; thrives to perform in a busy environment
• Is able to learn quickly to our busy environment and hit the ground running
• The ability to interact in a supportive environment, promote children’s emotional and social competence
• Bring dedication, be present and passionate about empowering tamariki and upholding their mana
• Is able to work with a high degree of motivation, energy, warmth, initiative, flexibility and collaboration
• Is able to demonstrate current knowledge of curriculum Te Whariki, pedagogy and assessment
• Contributes to the development of a reflective and respectful professional culture
• Based in New Zealand
• Holds current teacher certification and the right to work legally in New Zealand
• A beginning teacher is welcome to apply
