Production Team Leader

What you'll be doing**
As our Production Team Leader, you'll supervise day-to-day factory operations. Your focus will be on ensuring the team delivers safe, high-quality, on-time production while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
You will:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of around 6 operators.
- Drive strong Health & Safety practices and champion safe behaviours.
- Coordinate daily production, solve problems, and keep workflow on track.
- Conduct pre/post production checks, quality inspections, and testing.
- Manage materials, stock, and accurate reporting.
- Support maintenance coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver training, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
This is a **hands-on role** - around 70% of your time will be on the floor alongside your team.
**What you'll bring**
To be successful, you'll have:
- **Manufacturing or production experience** - ideally in concrete, construction, or heavy industry.
- **Previous experience leading or supervising a team in an operational environment.**
- Strong practical skills and mechanical aptitude.
- A commitment to safety and a passion for quality.
- The ability to read and follow SOPs, drawings, and production plans.
- Good communication skills and a desire to help others grow.
