The Role
We are looking for a confident and engaging Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team on a Full or Part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting our showroom, guiding them through the unique features, finishes, and lifestyle Aldea offers.Your goal will be to build rapport, qualify leads, and work closely with our sales manager to convert interest into sales.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage showroom visitors, delivering a warm and professional experience.
- Present the Aldea residences, highlighting design, location, and lifestyle benefits.
- Qualify and record leads, ensuring all enquiries are passed on for follow-up.
- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards.
- Attend and support occasional events or private viewings.
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with a mature, discerning clientele.
- Sales experience in real estate, luxury retail, or high-value products is preferred (but not essential).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and excited by commission-based earnings.
- Base retainer + generous commission structure – unlimited earning potential.
- Flexible Full-time hours, including weekends.
