SCOTT AND SAMS BAKERY LIMITED- is located in the Temuka Town Center is looking for a Food Trade/Bakery Assistant with atleast 18 month NZ cafe relevant experience.
Full time / Permanent position, working hours min 30 hours/ week to max 40hours/ week. Monday to Friday staring from 5am to 4:30pm and Saturday 6am -4pm . Salary $ 25-30 / hour upon negotiation.
gathering food ingredients in preparation for baking/cooking and servinggathering pots and pans in preparation for baking/cooking food ingredients
weighing and measuring ingredients
washing, peeling, cutting, slicing and dicing ingredients for baking/cooking and serving
cutting and grinding meat, poultry and seafood in preparation for baking/cooking
removing cooked food from ovens and food warmers
washing work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware
storing food supplies, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware in refrigerators, cupboards, pantries and other storage areas
informing management/colleagues when food supplies are low
