Senior Project Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the Registers Ecosystem Privacy Uplift (REPU) – a high-impact, multi-year programme focused on improving how regulatory data is handled, protected, and shared.
This role will see you managing delivery plans, stakeholder engagement, privacy compliance, and digital implementation across multiple systems and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead digital delivery and implementation plans
- Manage internal and vendor teams to deliver secure, privacy-compliant solutions
- Define digital requirements aligned with the NZ Privacy Act 2020
- Coordinate with Security and Tech Ops for approvals and documentation
- Drive alignment across multiple initiatives in an Agile environment
- Proven experience leading complex digital projects
- Strong understanding of NZ privacy legislation and data protection principles
- Ability to work across Agile teams and P3M-governed environments
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong documentation and organisational capabilities
