The aim is to ensure teams are focused on clinical quality, safety and health outcomes whilst delivering economic sustainability. The role is varied and, in addition to providing leadership, you will also be required to utilize your clinical skills.As the Service Clinical Director, you will report to the Director, Surgical services and assist with growing and developing a clinical workforce.
This challenging and rewarding role requires a leader with a passion for improvement, personal development of the team, an ability to deliver innovative and creative solutions, and who will also identify, create and maximize opportunities.This is a part time role with an associated indicative 12 hours per week with the remaining hours worked within a clinical role in the service.
