About the Role Your duties may include:

• Boning, trimming, and knife work
• Handling meat products safely
• Production line work
• Packing and preparing products
• Following food safety and health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For Successful applicants will have:

• Previous meat processing or butchery experience
• Knife handling experience preferred
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Reliable attendance and good timekeeping
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
