**About the role | Mo tenei turanga mahi**
Join our dynamic Mobile team and empower Tangata Whai Ora to live independently and achieve their goals. Experience in mental health is preferred, but your life experience matters too! Work with a supportive team and make a real impact on people's mental health journey.
**The role is a full-time role. You will be working Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am - 6:30pm based in Wellington.**
**Responsibilities include:**- Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
- Provide medication support and recovery-focused care.
- Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most.
- Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose.
- Manage your caseload with team support.
**You | Mou**
We are interested to hear from people who are driven to support every person using our services to achieve equitable access and outcomes.- You must hold a current full driver's license
- Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent.
