Key Responsibilities
As the Fabrication Team Leader, you will:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled fabricators.
- Oversee all fabrication processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Champion a robust health and safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices and regulations.
- Foster strong, collaborative working relationships within your team and across departments.
- Utilise your computer literacy for planning, reporting, and team management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fabrication department.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in fabrication, plant servicing, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing/export environment is ideal.
- Demonstrable ability to promote and uphold a strong health and safety culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- A track record of fostering collaborative working relationships and a positive team environment.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
