Excellent Experience in Handling Phone Calls MandatoryEnsure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally with empathy
Manage Bookings and billing processesMaintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours
Fluency in an additional Language apart from English is an advantage.
