Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office and reception operations

Excellent Experience in Handling Phone Calls Mandatory
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally with empathy

Manage Bookings and billing processes

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours

Fluency in an additional Language apart from English is an advantage.
