Join us as we are looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our closeknit Manukau Health Park Outpatients Site Administration Team, where compassion, empathy and professionalism is at the heart of everything we do.As the first point of contact for our patients and whānau, you will play a vital role in their healthcare journey providing reassurance, clear communication and a calm, professional approach in a busy outpatient environment.
You will work alongside clinicians, nurses, managers and wider administration teams to support the delivery of highquality outpatient care for our Counties Manukau community.Role detailsPermanent Parttime: 30 hours per week, Monday to ThursdayHours: 8:00am to 4:00pmLocation: Outpatient Front Entrance Reception, Manukau Health Park 901 Great South Road, ManukauAbout youThis role is ideal for someone who can:Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine empathy and compassion working collaboratively within large, complex healthcare environmentEngage confidently with patients, whānau and colleagues through strong verbal and written communication, bringing a can do approach to your daily workBring a minimum of 2 years experience in customerfocused administration (healthcare preferred)Confidently use MS Office and adapt quickly to new digital systemsWorking at Health New Zealand:Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
