Office Administrator - Part Time

This part-time role offers 3 days per week (approx. 18-20 hours) ideal for somebody seeking flexibility and school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, supporting business operations.
  • Answering calls and emails, dealing with client queries on daily basis.
  • Accurately transcribing and typing documents (touch-typing speed and precision essential).
  • Managing emails, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Maintaining records and helping keep the office running smoothly.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in transcription or the ability to touch type.
  • Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Confident dealing with people from all walks of life
  • The ability to adapt and handle changes where applicable.
