Office Administrator - Part Time

This part-time role offers 3 days per week (approx. 18-20 hours) ideal for somebody seeking flexibility and school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration, supporting business operations.
- Answering calls and emails, dealing with client queries on daily basis.
- Accurately transcribing and typing documents (touch-typing speed and precision essential).
- Managing emails, scheduling, and client communication.
- Maintaining records and helping keep the office running smoothly.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in transcription or the ability to touch type.
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Confident dealing with people from all walks of life
- The ability to adapt and handle changes where applicable.
