Chef de Partie

We are looking for a hard-working, honest and reliable Chef de Partie with experience working in fast paced kitchens, with a passion for the industry and serving quality cuisine. Our desired candidate will have a good sense of urgency, be tidy, organised, have a great temperament and a good sense of humour.

Required experience & notable aspects of the role:

• This role will be full time on a flexible roster and will include evenings, weekends and split shifts.
• The role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Experience in both Hot and Cold sections
• Hourly rate from $25 to $28.50.

More about the role:

• Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
• Check the quantity and quality of received products.
• Record production and operational data on specified forms, as required.
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that all staff follows standards and regulations.
• Perform any other duties which the Employer reasonably requires.
