What are we looking for in 2026 you ask? We’re on the hunt for a unicorn — someone who brings the perfect mix of values and personality to take our management team to the next level.We could talk all day about a candidate having ‘skills and experience’ but most people can learn new skills, however it's very hard to teach values and personality!
We're looking for someone who's interested in learning our business and the way we operate, while at the same time making the role your own with added input from your background/skillset. The vision for the role is to expand it to become a Project manager, as we continue to grow the business, other ventures, scope of works and the team.
Bringing on the right Supervisor/foreman will help us strengthen our foundation and guide the team’s continued growth.

- Happy to get hands on when needed and able to cope with a physically demanding role outdoors

- Happy to work early starts and some Saturdays (we have families and hobbies, so we try to keep weekend work to a minimum)
- Local to Hamilton or within 25 minutes
We specialise in quality, durable driveways as our bread and butter and are aiming to introduce other ventures/projects with a broader scope.
We are a family run business that’s understanding about family life, we get the need to watch kids prizegiving’s or sports games and aim to be flexible with hours when possible.- Guaranteed minimum hours (40hr pw) to keep your schedule and income steady
- Vehicle (with limited personal use as part of the salary package) + Phone
- Room to grow, we will not cap your potential
- Supervise and assist (hands on) with formwork prep, concrete placing, finishing and de-boxing and any other future projects as the scope of work is added to.
- Liaising with Floyd and Callum (Directors) and site supervisors to ensure the job is being completed to our reputable high standard, understanding and communicating job details to our team
- On site H&S representative ensuring team and site is compliant
- Liaising and assiting office manager with H&S requirements and compliance, team training/competency etc
- On site team management and quality control
- Continue to instil the culture within the team we have been working towards
When you’re not on site leading the team by example, we have a centrally based small office to work from that’s shared with our office manager
As the role progresses to a PM:- Pricing/quotes
- Scheduling
- General project management
- Gain STMS qual
- All of the above will be working alongside Callum, we won't throw you in the deep end at the beggining
- Building and construction experience / LBP or relevant qualification
- Concrete formwork/experience, would be ideal but not a deal breaker
- Read and construct according to detailed plans
- Team management
- Health and safety knowledge
Some of the above would be ideal BUT they are not a deal breakers, you might have built a house but never laid concrete before or you mightn’t have managed a team of 5 BUT you might have taught an apprentice - we can use those transferrable skills and help you develop into the role - it’s far more important to us to find someone who brings the perfect mix of values and personality.
