This is a part time position (20 hours per week, with flexibility on days and hours).
What You'll Be Doing (aka, Your Superpowers):
- Grants Whisperer: From developing project plans and timelines, advertising funding rounds to assessing applications and tracking budgets like a boss! You'll be the go-to person for all things grants.
- Admin Support Star: You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Policy, Partnerships and Governance team by providing high-level administrative, logistical and coordination support for the whole team.
- Cover & Support Pro: Whether it's stepping in when someone's away or lending a helping hand across the team, you're always ready to jump in and help.
- People Person: With a strong customer and community focus, you'll ensure every interaction is helpful, respectful, and downright delightful.
- Culture Champion: You're not just a great individual contributor - you're someone who lifts the whole organisation through collaboration and positivity.
What We're Looking For:
- A cool head in a fast-paced environment - you're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and still keeping things on track.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude (a sense of humour is always a bonus!)
- Experience with grants, administration or within local government is a plus but not a must - if you bring the right attitude, skills and passion, we're all ears.
