About the Role DOSA is an area that prepares patients for theatre and cares for patients in the post-operative area. We are looking for a dedicated and conscientious administrator who can work in a busy, dynamic and changing environment.As an experienced administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operating Theatre team.

In this role you will be working closely and collaboratively with various team leaders, from nursing to medical staff to assist with all aspects of administration service. Your efforts will, ensure seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of the surgical process, contributing to the efficient and effective running of the Operating Theatres (do we need to say Day of Surgery here?)The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.The role is to provide administrative support to the Theatre team.

The person will work very closely with the team leader to help with aspects of the administration services. You will be required to be a team player who is open to learning all aspects of the role.This is a varied role suited to someone who is able to work well in a team environment, prioritise workloads, and enjoys the challenges of working in an ever-changing environment.

About the Team/ ServiceDay of Surgery Administration (DOSA) plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth surgical journey for patients. We are responsible for preparing patients for theatre, coordinating all pre-operative processes, and providing post-operative care.
As a close-knit team, we work collaboratively with carious specialties to entire the highest level of patient care throughout the surgical process.Our focus is always on patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where teamwork and communication are key.
