Property Manager
We are seeking an experience property manager or networking superstar to grow our rent roll and brand in the Waikato. You will be stepping into a small established but spread rent roll. This rent roll has grown organically through our Ruapehu based property management business.
We currently have 3 full time Property Managers and a dedicated administer to service our ever growing portfolio of clients in the Ruapehu, and are now expanding.
With growing demand in the Waikato we are seeking a self motivated go getter, who has the ability to reach out build a network and subsequently acquire new managements, whilst servicing our current and new clients in the region.
We work on a 100% mobile approach (but have an office in the central North Island)
The role may require travel to the central plateau on occasion for team catchups and to help out as needed.
We will provide training and support for the right person, with the majority of your day networking with owners, tenants and leads. However there will be days that require the delivery of bad news, and being the brunt of unhappy people.
Pay rate depends on experience. The ideal applicant will grow into a full time role, with the work from home element the hours work around you and is the perfect position for those that don’t want set hours but have great time management ability.
