**What the Role Looks Like**
The dairy season is well underway and we are seeking skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our dedicated team working with Synlait Dunsandel.We have fixed term roles will be covering the peak milk collection season, through to January and permanent full time opportunities.
Based in Dunsandel, this is your chance to be at the forefront – greeting farmers at the gate, ensuring every collection is smooth, safe, and delivering top-quality service and compliance at all times.
From gravel tracks to rural roads, your driving expertise will ensure we deliver excellence every time.
Your attention to safety, maintenance, and vehicle operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect.
**Work Pattern**
A mixture of the following type of positions:
Full-time, permanent roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster:- 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off
- Average shift: 10–12 hours
- 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off
- Average shift: 10-12 hours
- Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience.
- Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain.
- Day and night shift experience – you’re flexible and reliable.
- A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability!
- A passion for teamwork and customer service – we want to hear about your favourite moments!
